IV MEMBERSHIP FAQ

CAN I USE MY IV DRIP MEMBERSHIP AT ANY HYDRATE SPA?

Yes, Hydrate IV Bar memberships extend to all of our spas in Denver, Boulder, + Highlands Ranch. They are also valid at our franchise locations in Fort Collins + Phoenix, AZ. To ensure safety across all locations, you may need to fill out the new client paperwork again for their individual medical team to review. If that is the case, the team will let you know upon check-in.

DO UNUSED CREDITS ROLL-OVER MONTHLY?

Yes. Any unused IVs or b12 credits remain active in your account for six months after the month it was earned.

HOW DOES BILLING WORK?

Billing is monthly with an initial six-month commitment. If needed, we offer early cancellation with a $125 fee. After 6 months, you may contact our team at memberships@hydrateivbar.com to cancel any time. 

All IV memberships paid monthly will renew automatically month-to-month. For cancellations, holds, and/or changes to memberships for any reason, members must notify Hydrate via email at memberships@hydrateivbar.com at least 30 days prior to next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as subject heading of email. In turn, Hydrate will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY IV MEMBERSHIP?

Contact our team at memberships@hydrateivbar.com to cancel your IV membership plan. You may also contact your most frequently visited spa to speak with a team member. Find your location’s contact information on their spa page.

Members must notify Hydrate via email at memberships@hydrateivbar.com at least 30 days prior to next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as subject heading of email. Hydrate will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.

At the time of membership cancellation, all unused membership credits will be converted into store credit, at the rate of $125 per month of unused service credits. That credit may be put on a gift card to use towards spa services or retail products. Your member discount, “Friends with Benefits” passes, and retail discount will no longer be applicable.

MAY I SUSPEND MY MEMBERSHIP INSTEAD?

Yes. IV membership plans may be temporarily suspended for up to three months.

Members must notify Hydrate via email at memberships@hydrateivbar.com at least 30 days prior to next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as subject heading of email. Hydrate will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.

During your suspension period, you are still able to access your member benefits, but you will not be charged monthly or accrue additional credits.

After your three month suspension, you must restart or cancel your membership.

CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP CREDITS WITH SOMEONE?

No. Services are non-transferable, and IV drip hydration credits must be used by the person to whom the membership is registered. Membership credits may not be refunded as cash, but can be converted to store credit upon membership cancellation. Exceptions may be made by spa owners due to severe circumstances such as illness, pregnancy, or death.
